Graham Radstone is a lawyer with over 20 years
international business experience. He has
held senior positions in some of the world's
leading multinational companies that has included
DHL, Philip Morris and Pfizer and has been
involved in establishing numerous businesses
and operations in most of the world’s
major regions including Europe, The Middle
East, China and Japan.
Before Monsoon, he was a director of Emuzed
and was in private legal practice specializing
in advising entrepreneurs and multinational
clients particularly in the technology sectors.
Graham Radstone has an extensive background
in advising start-ups and new businesses,
and has notably been involved in China since
1992. Graham Radstone’s corporate positions
included heading the legal department of a
$1 billion private multinational company,
and serving as International Counsel for Pfizer’s
Medical Technology Group where he was responsible
for the commercial legal affairs of all the
group’s operations outside the US. Graham
Radstone also served on the Board of some
20 Pfizer European subsidiaries.
Graham Radstone has a MA in Law from the University
of Cambridge, England.

Colin Stiles brings
to Monsoon over 20 years of proven international
sales and marketing management experience
in the technology industry. He has held senior
positions throughout his career in both Canada
and United States with multinational PC manufacturing
and multimedia companies, such as AST Computer,
Dell Computer, MicronPC, MGI Software, Roxio,
and Ulead Systems.
Prior to joining Monsoon, he was the North
American VP Sales/Marketing (& acting
president) for Ulead Systems, responsible
for the day to day operations and developing
business strategies for the Retail, OEM, E-Com,
Government and Education lines of business.
Colin Stiles has repeatedly assembled successful
distributed outbound/inbound sales force and
field engineer teams, responsible for selling
and supporting complex enterprise computing
and multimedia solutions to Fortune 100 customers.
He has contributed integral design and successful
deployment of direct business models and strategies
into traditional high tech channel centric
environments. He has served as a lead merger
representative during the integration of MGI’s
OEM division into Roxio, and most recently
Ulead Systems Inc. with InterVideo Inc.
Colin attended the Southern Alberta Institute
of Technology, and holds a B.A. in Business
from Florida International University.
