William Loesch brings 30 years of experience in the computer software and hardware industries, primarily in the consumer digital video sector.
Prior to Monsoon Mutimedia, William served as COO & Board Member at GuardID Systems. Consumer internet security start-up. Develop and market ID Vault; product designed to protect consumers from online fraud. Raised $5 million in venture capital. 2006 sales $0.5 million, 2007 sales $2.5 million.
Bill has held several COO and board positions for a number of consumer technology company.
William Loesch was with Pinnacle Systems for 13 years and spearheaded Pinnacle Systems’ Consumer Division for over a decade, creating a worldwide brand and growing the division to $250 million in annual revenues.
He is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s well known Electrical Engineering Department where he obtained his B.S and M.S

Graham Radstone is a lawyer with over 20 years
international business experience. He has
held senior positions in some of the world's
leading multinational companies that has included
DHL, Philip Morris and Pfizer and has been
involved in establishing numerous businesses
and operations in most of the world’s
major regions including Europe, The Middle
East, China and Japan.
Before Monsoon, he was a director of Emuzed
and was in private legal practice specializing
in advising entrepreneurs and multinational
clients particularly in the technology sectors.
Graham Radstone has an extensive background
in advising start-ups and new businesses,
and has notably been involved in China since
1992. Graham Radstone’s corporate positions
included heading the legal department of a
$1 billion private multinational company,
and serving as International Counsel for Pfizer’s
Medical Technology Group where he was responsible
for the commercial legal affairs of all the
group’s operations outside the US. Graham
Radstone also served on the Board of some
20 Pfizer European subsidiaries.
Graham Radstone has a MA in Law from the University
of Cambridge, England.

Vadim Dagman has 20 years of software engineering
and management experience, specializing for
the last 10 years in multimedia sector. Prior
to Monsoon Mutimedia, Vadim served as the
VP of Software Engineering at Emuzed where
he developed products for Microsoft Media
Center and secured for Emuzed the #1 position
among suppliers of personal video recorders
(PVRs) for Media Center PCs.
Serving as Director of Software at Dazzle,
Vadim Dagman spearheaded the development of
Dazzle's award winning video capture and editing
products, Amigo™ and Dazzle Digital
Video Creator™.
Before that Vadim worked as Staff Engineer
at C-Cube, as Project Manager and the Director
of Software at Ring Zero Systems and as Senior
Software Engineer at MediaShower. While at
C-Cube Vadim developed drivers for C-Cube
codecs. At Ring Zero Systems he developed
drivers and applications for multimedia and
communications.
Vadim Dagman received a MS in Computer Science
from Novosibirsk University of Electrical
Engineering, Russia.

Colin Stiles brings
to Monsoon over 20 years of proven international
sales and marketing management experience
in the technology industry. He has held senior
positions throughout his career in both Canada
and United States with multinational PC manufacturing
and multimedia companies, such as AST Computer,
Dell Computer, MicronPC, MGI Software, Roxio,
and Ulead Systems.
Prior to joining Monsoon, he was the North
American VP Sales/Marketing (& acting
president) for Ulead Systems, responsible
for the day to day operations and developing
business strategies for the Retail, OEM, E-Com,
Government and Education lines of business.
Colin Stiles has repeatedly assembled successful
distributed outbound/inbound sales force and
field engineer teams, responsible for selling
and supporting complex enterprise computing
and multimedia solutions to Fortune 100 customers.
He has contributed integral design and successful
deployment of direct business models and strategies
into traditional high tech channel centric
environments. He has served as a lead merger
representative during the integration of MGI’s
OEM division into Roxio, and most recently
Ulead Systems Inc. with InterVideo Inc.
Colin attended the Southern Alberta Institute
of Technology, and holds a B.A. in Business
from Florida International University.
